Do my clients need an account?

No passwords, ever. Clients sign in with a one-time email link or with Google. Prefer to skip even that? Switch a project to anonymous access and the link opens straight to the work, though invoices and contracts still ask for a sign-in.

What is included in the 30-day trial?

Everything on your plan for 30 days, with no credit card up front. If you never add one, the trial simply ends. We do not charge you automatically.

How do clients pay invoices?

Right inside the portal, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer. Payments run on Stripe and settle into your own Stripe account, so you are never waiting on us to pass money along.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on the Studio plan. Connect a domain in settings and your client portals live at your address instead of ours, with your logo and colors throughout.

What can I upload?

Photos including RAW files, video up to 4K, and the other documents a project collects. There is no file type restriction on project uploads, and a single file can run up to 50 GB.

What does beta mean for me?

Sunroom is live and creators are running real client work on it today. We are still shipping quickly, so expect frequent improvements, and tell us what you need next.
