Frequent questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your 30-day trial starts without a card. If you never add one, your trial simply ends and you are not charged automatically.
Does Sunroom take a cut of client payments?
No. Sunroom adds no platform fee to your invoices. Payments are processed through your own Stripe account, and standard Stripe processing fees still apply.
What counts toward my plan limits?
Your plan sets the amount of video and the total number of uploaded assets your studio can keep in Sunroom. Projects and invoices, and contracts are unlimited on both plans.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the Studio plan. Connect a domain in settings and your client portals live at your address with your logo and colors throughout.
