Frequent questions

Will I need a credit card to start?

No. When access opens, your 14-day trial will start without a card. If you never add one, your trial will simply end and you will not be charged automatically.

Does Sunroom take a cut of client payments?

No. Sunroom adds no platform fee to your invoices. Standard Stripe processing fees still apply.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on the Plus and Max plans. Your client portals can use your address, logo, colors, and type.
